Peacock Gap Homeowners' Association was originally registered as a Non-Profit Corporation and Articles of Incorporation filed with the Secretary of State on February 4, 1964.
Amended Articles of Incorporation were filed with the Secretary of State, Corporate Records Department, on January 1967.
Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
Our homeowner association's CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions) are a set of legal documents that govern the rules and regulations for properties within the Peacock Gap community. These rules are designed to ensure that all residents comply with a consistent set of guidelines and requirements.
In the summer of 2025, the peacock gap community voted to adopt new updated CC&Rs. This new version went into effect on January 1, 2026. Click here more information about the recent voting process.
