Annual Dues & Billing

The annual dues for each lot in Peacock Gap is $130 per year. Payment is due in the first quarter of every year and invoices will arrive via mail to your primary address. Your HOA dues ensure that we can organize community events like BBQs and movie nights. They are also used for community beautification like the landscaping in our medians and the Welcome to Peacock Gap signs.

An invoice mailed to your home in January
It will include a self addressed envelope in which to mail your payments to our management company.

How to Pay Online

Our management company changed systems in 2026, please note these are new directions.

How to set up online payment for the first time

Visit the EB Community Payment Portal.
Select “Sign up with account number”
Select the individual on the account, if there are 2 homeowners, you may be asked to choose
Provide your "email address"
Enter your "password"
Click "sign-up"

Set Up Auto-Pay:

We strongly recommend setting up auto-pay so you don’t have to remember to pay your dues each year.

Select the “Set up Auto Pay” link
Click the "+ Add +" button
1. Choose the duration - "until cancelled" is the easiest.
2. Choose if you want a "fixed amount" or "open account balance"
3. "until cancelled" and "open account balance" is the best way to set it and forget it.
Click "+ Add a new payment method"
1. Choose credit card or bank account

Note: If you have an outstanding balance, you may need to pay the balance via a one time payment.
