FeBREWary is Downtown San Rafael’s official month-long celebration of local craft beer. Breweries, tap rooms, and pubs are in full swing, so head to your favorite Downtown San Rafael destination and expand your brew I.Q. with a new style of beer from a local craft brewer, or cozy up with a tall mug of an old favorite in a bit of San Rafael you’ve yet to explore. From Lincoln Ave to the West End, FeBREWary in Downtown San Rafael is the perfect opportunity to hoist a pint with neighborhood pals in the best places.

The Downtown San Rafael Business Improvement invites you to participate in the 3rd Annual Downtown San Rafael Elf Hunt! Some rogue elves have left the North Pole and were last spotted inside businesses on 4th Street from Lincoln to H Street. Come out and enjoy Downtown San Rafael’s shops, restaurants, and beautifully decorated windows while you search for these tricksters.

Join San Rafael’s Coastal Cleanup Day in the largest international volunteer clean-up efforts. Volunteers picking up can walk or paddle in a kayak or a canoe! Enjoy some fresh air, get your hands dirty, and do something good for our coast and its inhabitants! Coastal Cleanup Day is a great way for families, students and neighbors to take care of our marine environment and have fun. This is a great way to take care of community service hours too. *Location information coming in September.  Need to know Anyone can volunteer for this event.
