The Peacock Gap HOA is run by a board of directors, made up of volunteer homeowners who are dedicated to maintaining the beauty, safety, and value of our neighborhood. Meet the current board members, the people who serve as your representatives and make important decisions that impact our neighborhood. Board seat terms are for 2 years, with 6 seats coming up for reelection every year. We currently have a full board consisting of 12 members.

Ken Olshansky
Ken and his wife Karen recently moved to Peacock Gap from Richmond, Virginia to be closer to family. Ken practiced Plastic Surgery for 33 years and consulted for another seven years working with his hospital on quality issues and helping to build Richmond’s first free standing hospice house. Ken continues to expand his volunteering including being on the Peacock Gap HOA board. In his spare time he enjoys ( sort of 😊) going to the gym, reading, fishing, etc.

Hiro Dodd
Hiro was born and raised in Kyushu, Southern Japan. He moved to Tokyo for university when he was 18 years old, becoming a pharmacist and working in that role in Tokyo for over 12 years.
Hiro moved to San Francisco in 2014 to pursue an MBA to make a career change. In January of 2015, he met his future husband in the first week of his MBA program. That event changed the course of his future completely. However, he achieved his career change now running a real estate business with his husband in San Francisco & Marin, one of the most competitive and complex luxury real estate market in the country.
Hiro and his husband Dan have 2 Cavapoos, Sophie & Lexie, they enjoy walking them and exploring the Peacock Gap neighborhood, they love to try new restaurants, and travel as often as they can. Hiro is quite an accomplished cook enjoying cooking various kinds of cuisine at home and they love entertaining friends and clients at their home in the heart of Peacock Gap.
