The Peacock Gap HOA is run by a board of directors, made up of volunteer homeowners who are dedicated to maintaining the beauty, safety, and value of our neighborhood. Meet the current board members, the people who serve as your representatives and make important decisions that impact our neighborhood.

Mike Wolpert

President
Mike Wolpert, currently serving as PGHOA Board President, joined the HOA Board in 2018 because of his interest in neighborhood disaster preparedness. He has worked to support Terry Anderson and the median rejuvenation project at the entrances and on main drives in the Peacock Gap neighborhood and edits the quarterly HOA newsletter. During the day, he is a local marketing expert, videographer and filmmaker focused on family history documentaries.

Larry Andow

Treasurer
Larry has been a board member since 2017 and Treasurer since 2019. Larry and his wife raised two children here in San Rafael. He is retired from a career in Corporate Real Estate Banking.

John Harrison

Secretary
John joined the Board in 2018 to help improve the water quality of the Peacock Gap Lagoon and currently serves as Board Secretary. Over the past three years, thanks to the generous support of Sean Barron and the Friends of the Peacock Gap Lagoon, the lagoon is being restored with a nano bubbler and regular macrobiotic treatment. John and his wife Bonnie love the neighborhood, water views and flat walking routes. In the coming year John will be helping lead the Board’s support of the City’s plans to improve and upgrade the Peacock Gap Park. Those interested in joining this effort should contact John.

Kerr Fellows

Board Member WELCOME &  Architectural CommitteeS

Kerr joined the PG Board in 2020. Her favorite aspects of living in Peacock Gap are the idyllic streets of sixties and seventies residential architecture and amazing views of San Francisco Bay. Kerr loves how the neighborhood’s locale encourages easy access to the outdoors with many residents biking and hiking on a weekly or daily basis. On the Board, Kerr participates on the Architectural review committee and co-chairs the Welcome Committee.

Kimberly Arnold

Board Member C.A.R.E.S COMMITTEE

Kimberly joined the Board in 2021, leading our C.A.R.E.S. committee.  She consults with leaders and teams navigating complex changes, to cultivate more collaboration and connection under pressure.  She lives on San Marino Drive however you may see her moving freely to music at the Brickyard beach.

Daryoush Davidi

Board Member
Daryoush Davidi joined the HOA in 2021 because of his interest in community building and increasing public safety.  He has coordinated block parties and has served as the communication liaison with the local Fire House 55 and other public representatives in our district. He moved there in 2017 to raise a family. A business owner in the city of San Rafael, supplying organic ethnic produce specialties to retailers and wholesalers.

Jessy Hanley

Board Member
Jessy Hanley joined the HOA  board in Dec. of  2022. Since joining, she has been hard at work creating the HOA's digital presence, creating this new website, developing social channels and creating our email communications -- all to enhance the overall resident experience. By day, Jessy is the VP of Marketing at QuickBooks, Intuit. When she's not working, Jessy finds joy in just about anything creative.  She lives on the Lagoon with her wife Melissa and two adorable dogs Zoe and Bailey.

Ken Olshansky

Board Member

Ken and his wife Karen recently moved to Peacock Gap from Richmond, Virginia to be closer to family. Ken practiced Plastic Surgery for 33 years and consulted for another seven years working with his hospital on quality issues and helping to build Richmond’s first free standing hospice house. Ken continues to expand his volunteering including being on the  Peacock Gap HOA board. In his spare time he enjoys ( sort of 😊) going to the gym, reading, fishing, etc.

Hiro Dodd

Board Member 

Hiro was born and raised in Kyushu, Southern Japan. He moved to Tokyo for university when he was 18 years old, becoming a pharmacist and working in that role in Tokyo for over 12 years.

Hiro moved to San Francisco in 2014 to pursue an MBA to make a career change. In January of 2015, he met his future husband in the first week of his MBA program. That event changed the course of his future completely. However, he achieved his career change now running a real estate business with his husband in San Francisco & Marin, one of the most competitive and complex luxury real estate market in the country.

Hiro and his husband Dan have 2 Cavapoos, Sophie & Lexie, they enjoy walking them and exploring the Peacock Gap neighborhood, they love to try new restaurants, and travel as often as they can. Hiro is quite an accomplished cook enjoying cooking various kinds of cuisine at home and they love entertaining friends and clients at their home in the heart of Peacock Gap.
