How to set up online payment

1. Have your annual invoice ready. You will need it to create your account.
2. Visit the EB Community Payment Portal.
3. Select “Continue with Email”, then click “Sign Up” (located at the bottom of the page).
4. Complete the registration fields:
   
   1. Enter your first and last name exactly as shown on your invoice.
   2. Enter the Owner Code from your invoice in the “Registration Code” field.
      The code will start with a “t”.
   3. Enter your email address and choose a security question.
   4. Agree to the Terms & Conditions.
   5. Verify your email address by clicking the link in the verification email sent to you.
      
      1. The email will come from no-reply@rentcafe.com
      2. Subject line: “User Registration”
      3. Check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it.
   6. Once logged in, select “Make Payment”, then choose “Add Debit Card.”
   7. Enter the required payment information.

   8. Submit payment for your invoice.

Set Up Auto-Pay:

We strongly recommend setting up auto-pay so you don’t have to remember to pay your dues each year.

1. Select the “Set Up Auto-Pay” tab.
2. In the fileds provided:
   1. Choose your unit.
   2. Select the payment method you added earlier..
   3. Enter a start date..
   4. Leave the end date blank..
   5. Choose the day of the month you want the payment to process..
   6. Set the payment percentage to 100%..

   Note: If you have an outstanding balance, you must pay it using a one-time payment before auto-pay can be applied.

Note: If you have an out standing balance, you need to bay the balance via a one time payment.
