What are the HOA annual dues?

The annual dues for each lot in Peacock Gap is $130.00 per year. Payment is due in the first quarter of every year and invoices will arrive via mail to your primary address.

Our HOA dues ensure that we can organize community events like BBQs and movie nights.  They are also used for community beautification like the landscaping in our medians and the Welcome to Peacock Gap signs.

What to expect:

  1. An invoice mailed to your home in January
  2. It will include a self addressed envelope in which to mail your payments to our management company.

  1. Register for the EB Community Payment Website

    To do so, please call or send an email so EB can provide you with portal setup instructions. Once you have received the setup instructions, you will be asked to go to the website to register.   2. Make your payment

    Once you have registered, visit the EB Community Payment Portal here and follow the instructions provided
